Word of South

One of the first of its kind, Word of South is a festival that combines literature and music. This award-winning project kicked off a fully integrated campaign.

Starting with a memorabilia poster, designed and illustrated in honor of the location of the festival, we then created a multimedia video to help promote it. Using found footage and photography while keeping the brand integrity intact, our goal for the video was to communicate the feeling and tone of Word of South.

After a discovery session with the client, for planning and to ensure client collaboration, I started with a storyboard.

The final video reflected a joyful, beautiful combination of storytelling - both through music and literature.
