Florida Agricultural & Mechanical University (FAMU) was mandated by the state legislature to educate the minority populations in Florida about medical marijuana and the impact of unlawful use.
Our team was tasked with branding this initiative, and implementing the brand in the form of collateral, monthly live forums on Facebook and YouTube, ads in minority media outlets across the state, all while informing the legislature of our activities on a quarterly basis.
For the Conversations on Cannabis brand, we wanted to create an identity that spoke to an audience outside academia, while incorporating FAMU’s brand colors as an homage to the university. This brand was also created in Spanish and Haitian-Creole to communicate to Florida’s diverse audiences.
Along with the digital banner ads and print ads produced for twelve media outlets across the state, we produce a monthly live streamed forum about a variety of topics from Cannabis and Health to Entrepreneurship in Cannabis. All the forums are available on their YouTube Channel.
